Although a Camera Club we also try to ensure that the atmosphere is friendly and sociable by having a few non photographic evenings.

Member's spouses are also encouraged to join the Club by making a joint membership only £4 more than a single membership.

This has meant that some members although they had no intention of taking up photography have now done so, with some being very successfully.

We normally have a Club weekend away each year with social events on other days like walks in London etc.

This year we started off on New Years Day with a walk along the sea front at Leigh, and have also had day trips to Bletchley Park and Little Venice in London which included a boat trip.

For our weekend away we visited Ironbridge.

Other weekends away have included, Southampton and the Isle of White (see picture below), Bath, York, Brugge and Amsterdam amongst others.
